Spekulicious Cookie Ale is a collaboration with Servatti Pastry Shop & Bakery brewed for a perfect pairing with Spekulatius, their delicious German Christmas cookie. A sweet, malty, biscuity ale, with hits of vanilla, lactose, and cookie spices. It pours a light copper color with an off white head. Big Ash Beer’s favorite cookie

Braxton Brewing Company

A traditional American lawnmower beer, this golden cream ale features a medium body with a creamy palate feel. The aroma is a balance between subtle corn and malt-like notes with a very slight earthy and spicy hop presence. Pale straw in color with brilliant lightning-like clarity, Storm makes a great session beer being low in alcohol and bitterness, but complete with flavor. However, unlike the typical cream ale, no DMS or harsh corn like aroma is present.

The origins of Notre-Dame de Scourmont Abbey date back to 1850.
A group of 17 Trappist monks from Westvleteren began to clear
a piece of land on the “Mont du Secours”, given to them by the Prince of Chimay.

In 1862, the monks of Chimay began to brew their first beer according
to the monastic traditions of natural brewing and top fermentation followed
by refermentation in the bottle. Since then, the brewery is still within the Cistercian abbey.

The Chimay Red Cap is the oldest of the Chimay beers
